- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This company is very unprofessional and did not fully preform his job in appraising my potential home, he was very lazy and only compared the home to foreclosure and bank reposed home, citing that they are motivated sellers. He undervalued the home 17,000.00 dollars less the the township and 21,000.00 less the the last time it was appraised for sale. His laziness, unprofessional attitude and actions and lying to the loan company cost me my loan. I would not recommend this man or company to someone I hatedBy Jeremy Lee, February 12, 2017
